You'll partner with the ECD to turn creative vision into reality, leading a team of four designers while executing at an elite level across digital, social, motion, and 3D. You'll raise the team's creative output through hands-on leadership and drive cultural moments with bold, performance-aware work. This role is for a player-coach who builds as much as they direct.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with ECD on ideation, concepting, and creative strategy.
• Lead and elevate a team of four designers through craft and feedback.
• Design campaign assets for digital, social, OOH, CRM, and product touchpoints.
• Animate TV spots, social content, and create motion systems from scratch.

📋 Requirements

• Elite proficiency in design, motion, 3D, and concepting across multiple disciplines.
• Player-coach mentality — leads by doing, not just delegating.
• Deep understanding of sports culture and ability to create performance-aware creative.
• Ability to work fast and execute under pressure with consistent quality.
