💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers for a Series C AI-native SaaS platform. Your core impact will be driving adoption, renewals, and expansion while acting as a trusted advisor to maximize customer ROI. This role stands out for its high cross-functional collaboration with product, customer success, and sales engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue and relationships for assigned customer portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with Technical Account Management to drive adoption.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and value updates.

📋 Requirements

  • 4-8 years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, contact center technology, or CX tools preferred.
