You'll own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers for a Series C AI-native SaaS platform. Your core impact will be driving adoption, renewals, and expansion while acting as a trusted advisor to maximize customer ROI. This role stands out for its high cross-functional collaboration with product, customer success, and sales engineering teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own revenue and relationships for assigned customer portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Partner with Technical Account Management to drive adoption.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and value updates.
📋 Requirements
- 4-8 years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
- Experience working with enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with AI, contact center technology, or CX tools preferred.
