💼 About This Role

You'll join our Product Engineering team to own the end-to-end experience across Parafin's financial products, from UI to backend services. Your core impact is shipping polished user experiences and driving product decisions with cross-functional partners. You'll have the chance to shape what we build and contribute to architecture and team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship polished user experiences and own APIs, data models, and backend services.
• Partner with Product and Design to inform roadmap decisions and improve UX.
• Make sound technical decisions and participate in design reviews.
• Improve code quality, systems, and team processes; mentor other engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping user-facing products.
• Experience with React for production-quality UIs.
• Experience building APIs, working with databases, and debugging backend systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience owning projects end-to-end from scoping through execution.
• Opinionated about software architecture and patterns.
• Strong product context and UX reasoning.
