💼 About This Role

You'll architect and ship production-grade AI systems for Toast's GTM engine, working directly with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to solve complex business friction with autonomous agents and intelligent workflows. This role offers the opportunity to build 0-to-1 solutions and bridge the gap between frontier AI and high-impact revenue applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade agentic solutions for GTM motions
• Transition from ambiguous problems to functional AI PoCs within 1-2 weeks
• Embed with Sales, Service, and Marketing leaders to deconstruct manual workflows
• Architect data flow between LLMs and GTM stack with golden record mindset

📋 Requirements

• Expert in CRM APIs (Salesforce) and modern data tools like Clay, Nooks
• Proven track record building within complex enterprise software such as CPQ or deep CRM internals (Apex, LWC)
• Design event-driven, asynchronous architectures maintaining data integrity
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• Experience building SalesTech or FinTech products with measurable impact on ARR
• AI knowledge and collaboration with Data Engineering to productionize models
• Passion for designing Agentic systems that eliminate human-in-the-loop friction
