🎯 What You'll Do

• Own market strategy and P&L
• Drive day-to-day operations across functions
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams
• Build relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of analytical, strategic operations experience
• Proven track record leading a company or market through hypergrowth (3-4x YoY)
• Experience scaling operations teams from ~5 to 25+
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
