💼 About This Role

You'll join the Roadrunner Launch Team at Anduril's new hyperscale manufacturing facility, Arsenal-1, to monitor, inspect, and improve quality standards for autonomous systems. You'll drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for incoming inspection and final product quality. This role requires a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa, CA with provided housing and transportation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage site Materials Review Board (MRB) process.
• Disposition non-conforming materials and manage rework.
• Execute vendor return material authorizations (RMA).
• Create and execute inspection plans for incoming material.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quality role.
• Experience with production support and quality management.
• Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software.
• Experience with calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical or Associates degree in quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering.
• IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or equivalent.
