Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years office experience preferred
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and Google Suite/CRM
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls
- Assist with processing vehicle titles and dealer registration
- Collect payments (check and floorplans) and handle accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with vehicle redemptions and bid badge processing
- Manage vehicle release forms and invoicing
