Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years office experience preferred
  • Effective customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and Google Suite/CRM
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls
  • Assist with processing vehicle titles and dealer registration
  • Collect payments (check and floorplans) and handle accounts payable/receivable
  • Assist with vehicle redemptions and bid badge processing
  • Manage vehicle release forms and invoicing
