You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for Enterprise sales roles, hunting and closing top 1% performers. You'll partner with Regional Directors and VP of Enterprise NA to build world-class talent pipelines. This role combines creative sourcing strategies with a sales-driven approach to scale our US sales teams.

  • Proven ability to attract elite sales professionals
  • Creative and resourceful sourcing tactics
  • Strong sales instincts and closing skills

  • Experience recruiting on West Coast/Central regions
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales roles
  • Track record of filling roles quickly
