You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for Enterprise sales roles, hunting and closing top 1% performers. You'll partner with Regional Directors and VP of Enterprise NA to build world-class talent pipelines. This role combines creative sourcing strategies with a sales-driven approach to scale our US sales teams.

- Own end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise sales roles
- Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Manage multiple searches and deliver candidate experience
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise sales recruiting in high-growth company
- Proven ability to attract elite sales professionals
- Creative and resourceful sourcing tactics
- Strong sales instincts and closing skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting on West Coast/Central regions
- Familiarity with SaaS sales roles
- Track record of filling roles quickly
