Description

In this role, you will act as the primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs, owning end-to-end delivery, account strategy, and client satisfaction. You will build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, lead governance forums, and drive revenue growth across complex transformation programs.

Requirements

• 12-18+ years of experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure
• Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios
• Deep expertise in BSS domain and experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 operators
• Commercial acumen and P&L ownership with strategic thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Act as primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs
• Build and nurture C-level relationships (CIO, CTO) as a trusted advisor
• Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Revenue Management)
• Manage account P&L, revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand footprint across BSS and adjacent domains
