💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's team to provide maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using our T3 platform for diagnostics and work orders. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry, with year-round OEM training. This role offers overtime pay and on-call compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians
• Maintain paperwork and documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
