You'll own frontend across product and marketing surfaces for Sierra's AI customer experience platform. You'll lead design system and UI components to ensure consistency and polish. You'll also champion frontend excellence with a focus on performance, accessibility, and pixel-perfect design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces
• Lead design system and reusable component library
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect experiences
• Integrate frontend with GraphQL API and occasionally backend

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building web interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proven track record shipping polished UIs in production
• Keen design sense and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration with designers and product managers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind or modern CSS frameworks
• Familiarity with GraphQL and/or Golang
