You'll lead a regional team of Technical Account Managers within Veeam's EMEA Professional Services organization. You'll drive customer success and team performance across the Spanish market, acting as a senior advisor for strategic enterprise and government accounts. This role offers the opportunity to shape regional strategy and contribute to business growth.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of TAMs to deliver high-quality services.
- Act as senior advisor and escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to align services with goals.
π Requirements
- 5β10 years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT or SaaS.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and driving customer success.
- Strong understanding of Veeam solutions or similar technologies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.

- Experience with Spanish enterprise or public sector clients.
