💼 About This Role

You'll own the user-facing experience of the Crosby platform, building beautiful and intuitive interfaces for complex legal workflows. You'll collaborate with founders and the legal team to define the frontend from the ground up. This is a chance to establish our design system and set the standard for quality and speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build the core frontend using React, Vite, and TanStack
• Design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces
• Prototype and iterate on features with product and legal teams
• Establish the component library and design system

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte
• Strong sense of user empathy and detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building interfaces for AI-powered applications
• Strong design sense and experience with Figma
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment
