Description

You will drive payer operations at Headspace, partnering with RCM leadership to monitor performance, support contract implementation, and manage strategic partnership programs. Success requires analytical judgment, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve revenue cycle outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, payer relations, or revenue cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication
• Experience with payers, health plans, or contract implementation preferred
• Healthcare consulting experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with RCM leadership to monitor performance trends and identify revenue cycle opportunities
• Support payer contracting, network implementation, and operational readiness
• Manage strategic payer partnership programs, including implementation planning and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with Data, Finance, and Clinical teams to align on requirements and improve operational efficiency
• Document and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and communications
