You'll lead Pipedrive's global product analytics function, transforming data into actionable insights that accelerate growth. You'll partner with Product teams to understand customer behavior and optimize product offerings. This role drives the experimentation program to measure and understand the impact of product changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Product Analytics team
• Define and evolve a global product measurement strategy
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps
• Own and scale the experimentation framework

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics with 5+ years leading Product Analytics in SaaS
• Experience building and scaling analytics teams of 10+ people
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying machine learning to product use cases
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV/CAC
