💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to drive adoption of our Close Management solution, acting as a strategic advisor to maximize value and reduce churn. You'll leverage your accounting expertise to build long-term relationships and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and uncover client pain points
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization
• Collaborate with internal partners on client needs
• Lead virtual and in-person executive client meetings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or equivalent
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
• Experience working with enterprise companies
• Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on close/reconciliation experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with enterprise clients
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or related accounting certification
• Experience with FloQast or other close management tools
