💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop engaging learning content for Cyara's AI-powered CX assurance platform. You'll translate complex product concepts into interactive eLearning, ILT, and VILT programs. This role offers the chance to use Generative AI to accelerate content creation and work with a global team passionate about customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop learning content (eLearning, ILT, VILT) aligned with business goals.
• Translate complex product concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product, and engineering teams.
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning theory.

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years proven experience as an instructional designer or learning experience designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning or product training design.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for content creation.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or WordPress.
• Experience with Agile software development practices.
