💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to provide targeted support to students in a school setting. You'll help maintain classroom order and safety while implementing behavioral programs. This role offers a direct hire position with a consistent school-year schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Report behavioral concerns to appropriate staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
• Maintain classroom order and safety

📋 Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van

✨ Nice to Have

• Paraprofessional experience is helpful
• Security or Juvenile Justice background is helpful
• Military Veterans are encouraged to apply
