🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound call queues for title-related inquiries and updates
• Prepare and send total loss documentation packets per state requirements
• Conduct outreach to lien holders for payoff info and title copies
• Communicate with vehicle owners to notify and follow up on documents

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of office-based customer service or admin experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong ability to review and interpret vehicle title documents

• Experience with DMV offices or lien holders
• 10-key data entry proficiency
• Valid driver's license
