You will lead cross-functional programs to drive growth and profitability for Coupang in Taiwan, working with business managers, marketing, and finance to scale existing initiatives and develop new ones. Your efforts will help attract new customers and increase engagement, shaping the shopping experience for millions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of e-commerce experience in program management, category management, or business management
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data-driven mindset with solid business logic
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Analyze category and brand inputs to support selection and growth strategy
• Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals for category expansion
• Partner with Brand Managers, Marketing, and FP&A on forecasts and execution
• Create category scorecards, GMV forecasts, and performance reports
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and monitor progress
