🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce permit-ready Construction Documents for residential projects
• Interpret and implement redlines from architects and engineers
• Coordinate with structural, truss, and MEP consultants
• Review drawings for quality control and constructability

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of architectural drafting experience
• Experience preparing Construction Documents from concept to permit-ready
• Familiarity with residential building codes and standards
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and Microsoft Office

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in a production-home environment
