Description
You will act as a trusted advisor across all people-related matters in a fast-paced agency environment, driving HR across ER, performance, L&D, reward, and engagement. This 12-month maternity cover role (3 days/week) offers strong ownership and autonomy with support from an HR Coordinator and broader HR teams.
Requirements
- Strong HR generalist experience in a business partnering role
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Confidence advising on ER matters and navigating employment legislation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills and proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor on all people matters
- Drive HR across ER, performance, L&D, reward, and engagement
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Partner with leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR best practices
