Description

You will act as a trusted advisor across all people-related matters in a fast-paced agency environment, driving HR across ER, performance, L&D, reward, and engagement. This 12-month maternity cover role (3 days/week) offers strong ownership and autonomy with support from an HR Coordinator and broader HR teams.

Requirements

  • Strong HR generalist experience in a business partnering role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Confidence advising on ER matters and navigating employment legislation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building skills and proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor on all people matters
  • Drive HR across ER, performance, L&D, reward, and engagement
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Partner with leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR best practices
