💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic growth across Ministries of Defense and Interior in EMEA, owning a portfolio of defense and internal security accounts. Your core impact will be enabling mission-critical adoption of autonomous UAS solutions for ISR, force protection, and border security. You'll navigate complex government procurement environments and multi-country frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive new business across Ministries of Defense and Interior in EMEA
• Develop account strategies aligned to national security priorities
• Build pipeline for complex public-sector procurement cycles
• Lead operational demonstrations and pilot programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years selling into defense or government environments
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals with MoD/MoI
• Strong understanding of EMEA government procurement structures
• Familiarity with NATO standards and export controls (ITAR/EAR)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in UAS, aerospace, or robotics
• Operational experience in military or law enforcement
• Additional European or regional languages
