Description

You will lead and mentor a pre-sales engineering team to grow Stripe's existing user base through upsells and cross-sells, collaborating cross-functionally to drive business results and shape product strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience
• 10+ years within a technical sales function
• Experience building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS or usage-based businesses
• Technical sales experience with APIs and/or payments industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead and coach a world-class pre-sales team
• Drive strategy and execution plan for the segment with cross-functional partners
• Serve as executive champion and lead EBCs with important customer base
• Maintain strong internal relationship with product teams to influence product direction
• Build processes to measure team performance and optimize for evolving business needs
