You'll develop and execute growth and capture strategies for defense and commercial aerospace sectors, focusing on Air Force and Navy programs. You'll lead customer engagement, shape proposals, and align technical capabilities with customer needs. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute growth and capture strategies for defense and commercial sectors.
  • Lead customer engagement: identify opportunities, build relationships, shape requirements.
  • Own business development collateral: capture decks, strategy docs, presentations.
  • Execute capture planning: opportunity assessment, win themes, customer strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development or capture in aerospace/defense.
  • Experience engaging with Air Force or Navy programs.
  • Strong communication skills for crafting proposals and executive presentations.
  • Active Secret clearance preferred; eligibility for Top Secret required.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Shipley Associates or similar proposal training.
  • Familiarity with aerospace systems or dual-use defense technology.
  • Experience at innovative defense firms or venture-backed tech companies.
