Description

You will lead the design, analysis, and validation of new low voltage power distribution products, manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (MSME preferred)
• 10+ years R&D experience in power distribution industry
• Track record of leading engineering projects and developing new technologies
• Experience in medium voltage power distribution systems
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD; experience with sheet metal design

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and validation of new low voltage power distribution products
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers, tracking project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to identify and address project and personnel challenges
• Drive on-time performance and minimize design errors for NPI projects
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality
