🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tasks and manage projects, coordinating scope, schedule, and budget.
• Apply standard and intermediate analytical techniques independently.
• Prepare technical reports, memos, and presentations.
• Mentor entry-level staff and interns.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transportation planning or engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban planning, or related field.
• Experience applying transportation analysis techniques with increasing independence.
• Familiarity with relevant software: Excel, GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS), CAD (AutoCAD, MicroStation), traffic operations tools (HCS, Synchro), or modeling tools (Cube, TransCAD).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, transportation design, complete streets, traffic operations analysis, or travel demand modeling.
• Programming skills in Python and/or R.
• EIT certification (for engineering candidates).
