💼 About This Role

You'll work as a Shop Technician at EquipmentShare's Ocala rental facility, maintaining and repairing heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. You'll use proprietary technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders, supporting contractors with real-time data. This role offers the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental equipment
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily
• Assist in training lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Must own tools applicable to the position
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
