You'll define and drive the product strategy for a SaaS platform evolving from monitoring into Technical Asset Management. You'll lead a small senior product team and translate complex analytics into scalable product value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap in alignment with executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a small senior product team of two product managers.
• Translate complex technical and data-driven insights into scalable product offerings.
• Evaluate and refine the boundary between product features and service workflows.
• Drive evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback and business impact analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Strong domain experience in energy systems (utility-scale storage, grid operations, etc.).
• Proven experience building or managing analytics-driven products reliant on data pipelines.
• Ability to engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders (engineers, operators, leaders).
• 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ years in product leadership.
