Description

You will design, develop, and deploy new processes and systems across the supply chain organization, working with subject matter experts to architect scalable solutions from discovery through implementation. You'll own complete work streams, conduct stakeholder interviews, map workflows, and lead change management efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in material cost management, NPI, process design, or program management in aerospace/defense/manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes from concept to deployment
• Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills with ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process development for key supply chain initiatives
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering via interviews and workshops
• Design and document business processes including SOPs, RACI matrices, and playbooks
• Lead deployment and change management including training and adoption tracking
• Map current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
