You'll partner with the CEO and hiring managers to scale the team from 75 to 100+ people through smart sourcing and AI-first recruitment tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and engage elite talent from global tech hubs
• Implement AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing strategies
• Own candidate experience from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews and provide actionable summaries

📋 Requirements

• 3 years in recruitment with 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

• Experience in AI recruitment
• Exposure to employer branding or compensation benchmarking
• Experience with AI agents for sourcing
