Description

As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will support your team in implementing health and safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and actively promote a sustainable safety culture at the HelloFresh production site in Barleben. This is a 24-month fixed-term position with the aim of permanent employment.

Requirements

• Good understanding of workflows in a production environment
• Experience as a safety officer and knowledge of fire protection
• Strong interest in health and safety at work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in German and English (at least B2)

Responsibilities

• Serve as safety officer and member of the occupational safety committee
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Investigate work accidents, near misses, and safety incidents
• Develop, implement, and review emergency and evacuation plans
• Conduct safety training and risk assessments
