You'll brew amazing coffee and deliver over-the-top customer service at Rook Coffee. You'll create genuine connections with customers while maintaining quality standards and a welcoming store environment. This role lets you be the face of a specialty coffee brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Brew coffee and cold brew beverages to recipe standards
• Prepare pastries and other food items
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Deliver over-the-top customer service using the GRINDS model

📋 Requirements

• Barista or equivalent fast-paced customer service experience for 3+ months
• Weekend availability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 45 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
