You'll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives including sales targets, recruiting, and development. You'll drive sales and build customer relationships at a pop-culture focused retailer. This role allows you to champion a civic-minded brand and develop a high-performing team.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds
