• Develop work assignments and handle special assignments.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, boilers, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety regulations.
• Train personnel on proper operating procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a chief engineer or senior stationary engineer
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Valid stationary engineer license for Las Vegas facility
• Ability to lead a team and handle emergency repairs
