  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Diagnose, replicate, and resolve product issues with engineering
  • Educate customers and identify skill gaps to improve usage
  • Monitor customer health proactively to prevent issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in application support or technical support role in SaaS
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills in English and French
  • Proactive communication and ability to work independently
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver on time

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets or business planning
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, APIs, or Data Integrations
