Description

You will lead the enhancement and optimization of Anduril's Odoo-based Warehouse Management System (WMS), acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to drive process innovation and system efficiencies that support the company's production growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Business Systems implementations with IT partnership
• 3+ years supporting Supply Chain or Warehouse/Inventory teams
• 8+ years owning and driving complex programs or projects
• Ability to be onsite in Ashville, OH

Responsibilities

• Serve as WMS subject matter expert and primary point of contact
• Develop and communicate strategic plans for WMS implementation and enhancement
• Gather requirements, manage backlog, and prioritize enhancements
• Partner with CorpTech/IT to deliver process and system efficiencies
• Drive adoption through documentation, training, and user support
