You'll lead regulatory interactions for PayJoy Indonesia, ensuring full compliance with OJK and Bank Indonesia. Your work will support safe and responsible growth of credit products in Indonesia's evolving fintech landscape. You'll navigate complex regulations to enable our mission-first credit platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with OJK, Bank Indonesia, and all financial services regulations
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting products and operations
• Prepare and manage regulatory reports, documentation, and licensing requirements
• Advise leadership on regulatory obligations and compliance risks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in regulatory, compliance, or legal roles in fintech or banking
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial services regulations
• Experience engaging with regulatory or government institutions

• Knowledge of digital onboarding and AI-driven risk models
• Experience in consumer finance or secured-credit models
