💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Financial Infrastructure group at Anchorage Digital, building and scaling infrastructure-as-a-service for institutional crypto. You'll shape the product roadmap and drive cross-functional execution. This role combines deep fintech expertise with strategic leadership in a high-growth, regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and launch a new infrastructure-as-a-service business unit.
• Direct the end-to-end product roadmap aligning technical execution with strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Lead client-facing discussions and establish feedback loops on products.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments.
• Expert knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience launching and scaling a new business unit in a regulated industry.
