You'll coordinate delivery logistics to ensure fresh HelloFresh boxes reach customers safely and on time. You'll manage dispatch staff, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues with the customer support team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate delivery personnel
• Monitor routes and oversee deliveries via tracking system
• Support drivers as central contact person
• Coordinate delivery processes with customer support
• Receive goods, check completeness and quality

📋 Requirements

• Experience in disposition or transport logistics
• Fluent German skills (C1/C2)
• Good English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite
