You'll design and scale backend systems for Deepgram's new restaurant-focused business unit, working with voice AI and LLMs to build automated order-taking platforms. Your work will directly impact real-time analytics and drive-thru agents for leading brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems for order-taking platform
• Integrate backend with ML models and client devices
• Monitor and optimize production backend performance
• Build integrations with 3rd party restaurant software systems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience building backend infrastructure in production
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with AWS and API design
• Proven track record of scalable high-performance backend systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with audio processing
• Experience building zero-to-one backend systems
• Experience with Python, Kotlin, or Java
