💼 About This Role

You'll own the financial and operational backbone of a Series A EdTech startup. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you'll build systems and processes for financial modeling, board reporting, and HR operations. This high-autonomy role reports directly to the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial model, forecasts, and key metrics
• Manage AR/AP, monthly close, and cash
• Build board materials and support fundraising
• Own HR operations via Rippling (onboarding, payroll, etc.)

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of finance/operations at high-growth startup
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
• Experience with finance/HR tools (Rippling, Ramp, etc.)

• Experience with Series A through C startups
• Builder mentality comfortable with ambiguity
