Description

You will drive pipeline growth by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting key buyer personas and market segments. This includes owning day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound programs like email nurtures, paid digital campaigns, webinars, and ABM initiatives, while partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Experience with ABM strategy and execution
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Sendoso, CMS platforms, Asana, intent sources and analytics tools
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and support pipeline goals
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to develop and deploy ABM programs for targeted accounts
  • Manage campaign setup, deployment, optimization, and reporting across inbound and outbound channels
  • Optimize conversion paths and funnel performance
  • Develop nurture programs and assist in goals, KPIs, and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness
