💼 About This Role

You'll lead senior leader engagement for the Army's Next Generation Command Control (NGC2) program, driving rapid fielding by influencing key stakeholders. You'll prepare Army formations for NGC2 adoption and validate delivery assumptions. This role requires a high-integrity individual who can translate complex technical principles into compelling operational outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive NGC2 engagement from the top-down with senior leaders
• Prepare the battlespace for Army formations receiving NGC2
• Create and operationalize a repeatable technology adoption model
• Develop mid-term NGC2 product roadmaps based on leadership priorities

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience working with DoD or Intelligence Community
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Active U.S. Secret clearance and ability to maintain
• Ability to travel 50%+

✨ Nice to Have

• Graduate of Command and Staff or War College
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field
• Prior military command experience at Battalion or Brigade level
