💼 About This Role

You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6, maintaining a calm and nurturing environment. You'll collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. No formal training required—training is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
