Description
You will lead large-scale healthcare AOR accounts at Ogilvy Health, owning brand verticals and managing the full project lifecycle from strategic initiatives to complex digital and print materials. You'll serve as a client-facing expert, managing expectations and mitigating risks, while also mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of agency project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale healthcare AOR accounts
- Strong financial management skills for projects in $6MM-$10MM range
- Ability to lead independently and mentor junior team members
- Big-picture mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Independently own and manage a brand vertical, overseeing full project lifecycle for diverse client deliverables
- Serve as primary client-facing expert, providing strategic guidance and managing expectations
- Manage project financials for high-complexity projects ($6MM-$10MM range), tracking spend and forecasting
- Partner with Brand Managers on financial planning, scope development, and resource forecasting
- Mentor and develop junior PM team members; drive operational efficiency and process improvements
