You'll own and scale Synthflow AI's growth engine, driving pipeline generation and revenue. You'll execute high-performing acquisition channels while building new scalable growth loops. This role offers high autonomy as a hands-on IC in a high-growth AI startup backed by Accel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale growth engine for pipeline and marketing revenue.
• Drive pipeline via LinkedIn, Google, SEO, and new loops.
• Translate voice AI features into positioning for mid-market/enterprise buyers.
• Optimize full-funnel growth system with HubSpot and attribution.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building B2B growth engines on LinkedIn and Google.
• Strong understanding of US B2B market with high ACV deals ($250K+).
• Deep expertise in HubSpot, form tracking, and full-funnel analytics.
• Experience working closely with sales teams in high-growth B2B SaaS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI or voice tech space.
• Knowledge of partnerships, referrals, or outbound campaigns.
• Startup experience building from scratch.
