💼 About This Role

You'll lead the North America Sales Engineering team for Transmit Security, a leader in digital identity. You'll build and coach pre-sales engineers, shape sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through value-driven demos and POCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Sales Engineering team across North America.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop revenue growth strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during sales process including demos and POCs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align product offerings.
• Engage directly with customers to understand and propose solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in sales engineering leadership roles.
• Proven history of building and coaching pre-sales teams.
• Expertise in identity and security solutions.
• Ability to articulate value aligned with customer business challenges.
