💼 About This Role

You'll lead interdisciplinary teams to decompose high-level goals into actionable engineering requirements for an autonomous last-mile delivery robot. You'll facilitate trade studies to optimize system designs for performance, safety, and cost. This role is central to ensuring our robot is safe, robust, and meets market needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Decompose system functions into actionable engineering requirements and specifications
• Facilitate development of performance metrics for components and subsystems
• Develop frameworks for trade studies optimizing performance, safety, and cost
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution across engineering disciplines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in design and analysis of complex electromechanical or robotic systems
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Software or equivalent engineering field
• Experience in systems engineering and requirements management
• Hands-on experience in test and debugging of electromechanical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S. or Ph.D in relevant engineering field
• Experience in automotive, medical, aerospace, or robotics industries
• Experience in autonomous systems and/or mobile robotics
