You'll join BLP Digital, an AI-first SaaS scaleup transforming ERP automation. You'll connect with decision-makers at industrial companies and proactively drive sales to convert leads into customers. This role combines startup agility with a scaling business's structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Outbound cold calls and personalized messages to potential clients.
• Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders for qualified handovers.
• Craft tailored value propositions for Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
• Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and track market trends.

📋 Requirements

• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) for tracking information.
• Comfortable with cold calling and following scripts.

• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
• Knowledge of P2P or O2C processes.
